The aim of this course is to refresh participants with instructional techniques and tools to manage and motivate a trainee’s performance using a competency framework, positive reinforcement and continuous assessment, for effective and timely diagnosis of skill deficiencies and application of skill enhancement strategies.
ATSEP Basic

This training programme comprises of four courses, providing students with an overall picture of the technology used by an ANSP, and understand the operation of aircraft and ATC in relation to that technology. Students will also learn to understand the safety implications and regulatory framework that ATSEP works within.
OJT Instructor
